Welcome to your WildForm account. Please see the relevant section below for information about your account. 

Subscribed users (annual subscription paid - full access)

To view your forms and uploaded data, visit the My Forms page. To familiarise yourself with a form, click on the relevant title and choose the 'Use' tab. To get you started we have created a Personal Interest Point (PIP) form which allows you to record information about anything that is of interest to you while you are out-and-about.  Create gives you access to our form creation tool.

You may also want to check the Community to search for forms other users have created which may be of interest to you.

Registered users (limited access)

To view your forms and uploaded data, visit the My Forms page. To familiarise yourself with a form, click on the relevant title and choose the 'Use' tab. Your account is pre-loaded with two example forms - Mini Form and London Olympics Survey form. Create gives you access to our form creation tool, but you are restricted to creating forms with a maximum of three fields (as shown in the two example forms).

You do not have access to the Community as a Registered user.
