Support Officer and Web Developer

Looking after our ever expanding community of users has become a full time job. Accordingly we are now looking for an individual who can support customers whilst maintaining and developing the core functionality of our web site (Location: Oxford).

Tasks:
• User support
• User account management
• Undertake website improvements in conjunction with the external development team (Python/Django).
• Network / server maintenance and software installation
• Develop knowledgebase, FAQ and support log database
 

Requirements:
• A genuine interest in the mobile web and web applications
• Knowledge of IP protocols, Proxy and WiFi integration on mobile devices
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to take the initiative
• A good team player, organization and collaboration skills
• Possesses a “can do” attitude
• Essential web skills; Javascript, CSS, HTML
• Desirable web skills; Django/Python, Apache, MySQL
